Can I drink this while pregnant or breastfeeding?
This product contains an herb that is generally advised against during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so we don't recommend it at those times. Persian Garden, Pure Damask Rose Buds, Pure Lemon Balm and Peach Perfection are gentle, caffeine free alternatives. Always check with your midwife or doctor before drinking herbal teas while expecting or nursing.

Taste
Savoury and medicinal in the best sense. Thyme leads, spearmint cools, lemon balm and lavender soften the edges. Robust rather than soothing-sweet.
Hibiscus has been studied for its effect on blood pressure, and for good reason. The anthocyanins in whole hibiscus flowers work gently but consistently, the same way they have in Persian and Middle Eastern kitchens for centuries.
Taste
Bright and tart with a warm finish. Hibiscus dominates, fruity and cranberry-sharp, while cinnamon rounds off the acidity with a natural sweetness. Deep ruby in the cup and excellent over ice.
